Insulating Glass Hot Melt Glue Extruder Machine

1. Machines Introduction

This machine is used for coating butyl on aluminium spacer between insulating glass.

This machine is semi-automatic machine which means workers hold aluminium spacer by hand. Put aluminium spacer on conveying belt, hold aluminium spacer with hand when it is running on conveying belt. When aluminium spacer passes sensor, transmission pressure rollers and coating valve will have a automatic running as the setting program, which means the action of cylinder for pressure rollers, pressure roller press aluminium spacer and aluminium spacer advance, when spacer reach the butyl nozzle and then coat butyl on aluminium spacer. When the end of aluminium spacer will reach pressure rollers, the rollers lift, after the spacer leaves butyl nozzle, butyl valve will stop extruding.

1.Conveying device

It is composed of driving motor, transmission, delivery wheels, conveyor, etc.

2.Heating system

It is composed of heating bar, thermocouple etc.

3.Extruding device

It is composed of hydro-cylinder,extrude piston,sealant cylinder,glue head block,dispensing head etc.

4.Hydraulic control system

This system is composed of oil pump,motor,oil box,pressure meter,solenoid directional valve, pressure control valve,oil filter and pipe line etc.

5.Pneumatic control system

This system is composed of air source processing parts, magnet valve, reducing valve,pressure controlled valve,cylinder,joint and pipe line.

6.Electric control system

It is composed of operating electric parts,thermal relay,control panel and operating switch etc.
